The 8 X 50 Right Angle achromatic finder scopes have a built-in Amici prism to provide a correctly oriented view, not upside-down as with standard finders scope. Built-in cross hairs allow for pinpoint accuracy in finding an object in the sky. Finally, no more neck strain from stooping over to look through your straight through finder! These fully multi-coated lenses yield excellent image brightness. The finder scope includes an aluminum bracket with Dovetail Mount. Two collimating thumbscrews for easy alignment. If you need to refocus the finder, this is achieved with the ring and objective cell at the front of the finder. Loosen the ring by turning it counterclockwise, then turn the objective forward or backward to achieve focus. When you've reached focus, tighten the ring against the objective cell. COLOR: WHITE |
