SmartAstronomy’s Solar System Planetary Color Imager has 1.3 Mega Pixels and a LARGE 1/2" CMOS Color Chip that delivers a live, 1280 x 1024 resolution video image to your computer. This more powerful imager works with just about any telescope and comes with software to give you complete control over the camera and imaging process.

With ArcSoft Webcam Software, you can allow the camera to automatically collect continuous exposures at up to 15 frames per second, or take individual shots.

The Solar System Planetary Color Imager comes with a supplied cable to power your imager from your computer's USB port (USB 2.0 high-speed connection is recommended). A parfocal ring is also included. The imager has a 1.25" nosepiece that is threaded for various filters.
