GSO Plossls are available in a variety of focal lengths from 4mm, 6mm and 9mm, these eyepieces are superb for high power planetary and lunar observation. The 12mm and 15mm are perfect intermediate focal length, performs well on both deep-sky and planetary subjects. A low power scanning of open star clusters and viewing the larger galaxy, the 20mm and 25mm models will be excellent choose. The 32mm and 40mm offer a very wide field in 1.25" size and they are superb for wide field scanning and detailed observations of large diffuse subjects. Apparent field of view (AFOV) for 32mm to 40mm eyepiece is 45 degrees and 4mm to 25mm eyepieces is 52 degrees. |
